  1. If the email is in your spam folder, Please Click " Report As Not Spam " 
  2. If the email is in your promotion tab, move it to the primary tab
  3. Mark the email as important AND star it, 
  4. Mark Important
  5. Click the link in the email and take note of the URL that link sends you to
  6. Reply to the email
